It's so exciting to have a group of Christian leaders together in one place, contending for the glory of God and the transformation of communities. Our conferences are alive with the excitement of God's presence and an environment of the supernatural. We have been witnesses to countless people being healed, delivered from the demonic and receiving life changing revelation in these gatherings. It thrills us to see people set free and receive the transforming power of Holy Spirit in their lives. The themes we present deal with issues related to church growth, leadership development and community outreach. We also teach principles of marriage, family and finance. We take time to listen to pastors and leaders and address their needs. Many are struggling, not only in meeting the demands of ministry, but also in their personal lives. Often they feel alone and unprepared to meet the challenges they face. This makes our investment particularly meaningful to them.

Our goal is to partner with indigenous pastors and leaders in winning their communities and to contend with them for real change in their cities and nations. Leaders from local and national government also attend our conferences which has strengthened partnerships between church and community. Churches are growing and communities have been impacted as a result.
